The staff here are not helpful. At the store today, I liked a perfume from the testers and asked for the same 1, they gave me the box of some other perfume and after buying it when I opened the box I saw it was a different perfume. I asked if I can change and get what I wanted to which they replied maybe that bottle was from the old stock ! Why is it still kept there then? and why did I had to take home a perfume which I did not even like. Very upset.

My partner and I visited today (16th July) and we were disgusted by the rudeness of the female manager. We were in the 9.99 trouser section and found a pair we liked. We went and paid and they charged us 16.99. We questioned this and asked to talk to the manager and when she arrived, she accused us of swapping the labels from another garment, onto this garment. We have never been so shocked in all our lives. We obviously denied this accusation and went on to explain that the item had been, clearly marked as 9.99. She then snatched the trousers off us, make a rude comment to her colleague and smirked. She then threw the trousers into a bag and shoved it under my partners nose. How disgusting. She shouldn’t be working there if she does not know how to talk to people properly.

The last few times I visited this store I had to wait for 20+ mins to pay. Queues are just ridiculous, I have visited many other branches and never seen such a slow service. Also the staff needs a better customer service training, as they seem to not know how to talk to a customer or how to handle a problem! I like the clothes, but this particular branch is a mess!

Staff here are very rude and abrupt. There's no please, no thankyou and chatting to each other or on the phone whilst serving. I'm not sure if it's just me or what but I really don't like going in this particular branch for this reason. They either dislike their job or need more customer service training. Real shame as the clothes are nice.

It doesn’t matter what time of day you come into this shop, you have to wait at least 30 minutes to pay. I’ve been in there first thing, last thing and middle of the day and it is the same story. Hardly any staff on or dozens of staff on, no matter what they don’t have enough people on the tills and you have to wait excessively long periods of time. On the last three occasions I’ve seen people just give up and leave the queue. It makes no sense. All the staff just avoid eye contact with the frustrated queue rather than doing anything about it and their pace is shockingly slow. I keep going back assuming it was a one off but I think I’m finally done bothering.
